At Tradesmen Academy, we provide hands-on, professional training in welding and metal fabrication, aligning with Allan Hancock College’s Welding Technology Program. Our Welding Tract prepares participants for careers in structural welding, automotive fabrication, and industrial metalwork, while integrating Cal-OSHA Safety Certification to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
This program is also a candidate for the Reintegrative Work Program, offering an 80-hour internship with a local employer to provide real-world experience in welding and metalworking industries.
